First, the construction process

Second, the bullet ceiling height line
According to the level of the floor elevation, use the vertical vector to the ceiling design elevation, and the horizontal level of the ceiling along the wall and column.
Third, the keel line
According to the design requirements of the main and secondary keel spacing, the keel line is drawn on the level of the top level of the suspended ceiling.
Fourth, install the main keel boom
After playing the top level of the ceiling and the position line of the keel, determine the elevation of the lower end of the boom. According to the position of the main keel and the spacing of the hanging, the end of the bolt without the bolt thread and the floor burying rib (when the steel bar is not embedded) It can be fixed by welding joint with expansion bolts, and the anti-rust paint can be applied to the welding parts.
Fifth, install the light steel keel main keel
1. Fitted with a boom nut.
2. Install the hanging parts on the main keel.
3. The main keel of the hanging piece will be assembled. According to the position of the line, the hanging piece will be inserted into the corresponding boom bolt and the nut will be screwed.

5. Install the main keel in the installation hole, and set the connection card firmware according to the corresponding node structure of the atlas.

Sixth, install the main keel
Bend the end of the pre-embedded steel bar into a circular round hook, wear the No. 8 galvanized iron wire or fix the main keel with ф6, ф8 bolts. The expansion bolts can be used when the steel bars are not embedded, and the design elevation is guaranteed. The ceiling arching is designed according to the design requirements. When there is no requirement for the design, it is generally 1/200 to 1/300 of the room span.
Seven, install the secondary keel
1. Press the second keel line that has been bounced, and place the keel hanging piece.
2, hanging the secondary keel: according to the design of the secondary keel spacing, the secondary keel hanging on the main keel by hanging pieces, the design is not required, the general spacing is 500 mm ~ 600 mm.
3. When the length of the keel needs to be continued for a long time, use the secondary keel connector to connect the keel while hanging, and straighten it.
Eight, install paper gypsum board
1. The following preparations should be done before installation.
All keels have been adjusted; the lifting rods of heavy lamps, electric fans and other equipment have been arranged; the ventilation, water and electricity pipes in the ceiling and the pedestrian or safe passages in the ceiling of the people should be installed, the fire pipes are installed and commissioned; Lamp troughs, diagonal braces, scissors bracing, etc., should be properly arranged according to the project conditions.
2, laying direction
The gypsum board is installed at the end of the ceiling from the end of the ceiling, arranged one by one, and the remaining amount is placed at the final installation. The long side of the gypsum board is in a crisscross state with the secondary keel (parallel to the main keel). The overlapping width of the adjacent two gypsum board should be basically the same in the same keel, and a gap of about 3 mm should be reserved between the plates during installation.
3, paper gypsum board interface treatment
The cross keel must be installed at the interface of the board, and the board at the interface is not allowed to "hang".
4, seam processing
(1) Modulation of one-component caulking plaster putty
The container used for the preparation must be clean. Pour the clean water into the container according to the specified ratio, then slowly put the caulking gypsum powder into the water, let it swell for 5 minutes, then stir it into a slurry-like thick cake with a clean stir bar. In the prepared pulp, no more gypsum powder can be added to avoid agglomeration. Generally, the application time is 45 minutes. When it exceeds the time, it will start to solidify and cannot be used.
(2) edge processing
The longitudinal edge of the paper-wrapped board is not treated. The edge of the cut board should be treated as follows before the seam is installed: before the board is installed, the upper side of the front side of the cardboard is gently poured down, and after the board is fixed, the knife is used. The upper layer of the chamfered side paper is picked up and the picked-out facial tissue is torn off. It should be noted that the plaster core cannot be exposed, and this part still retains the lower layer of the facial tissue.
(3) Caulking process
Use a small scraper to evenly and satisfactorily insert the caulking putty into the slit at the lower part of the plate, so that the putty is extruded on the side of the back panel to form a protruding putty along the mouth, so that the edge of the panel and the putty putty are more firmly engaged. After the putty is completely dried, the caulking putty is smoothed with an electric or manual sander and No. 2 abrasive cloth. It can then be renovated with the entire plaster ceiling.
5, board installation and connection fixed
Gypsum board must be installed in a stress-free state to prevent forcible seating. Temporary support with wood support during installation, and the plate and the skeleton are pressed tightly, and the support can be withdrawn after the screw is fixed. When installing the fixing plate, it should be fixed from the middle of the plate to the four sides. It does not work at the same time. After fixing one piece, install another one in sequence.
(1) The distance between the fixed paper surface and the secondary keel
The fixed gypsum board should be flat-tipped self-tapping screws according to the keel. The self-tapping screws should not be less than 3 mm from the edge of the secondary keel.
(2) the distance from the edge of the board
The edge of the panel is 10 mm to 15 mm, and the edge of the panel is 15 mm to 20 mm. The self-tapping screw spacing is preferably 150 mm to 170 mm, and the screw should be perpendicular to the board surface. The nut should be slightly embedded in the surface of the plate by about 0.5 mm, so that the paper surface is not damaged. Exposed self-tapping screws end point anti-rust paint.
(3) Double-layer gypsum board installation
When installing double-layer gypsum board, the joint between the facing board and the base board shall be staggered and shall not be seamed on the same keel.
